Sandra is a computer specialist and programmer with a Bachelor's degree in computer science and a broad range of programming experience. Sandra is well versed in HTML, XML, CSS, ColdFusion, JavaScript and PHP programming. She also has experience with popular blog and content management systems such as WordPress and Drupal. In addition to standard website programming, Sandra also develops, installs and maintains dynamic online systems for many local businesses and organizations. In addition to programming services, Sandra provides network and email administration services for Boreal Access.

Sandra's prior programming experience includes creation and maintenance of computer systems for Prudential Insurance, Sathers, Inc., and the Oroville Areawide Codling Moth program (a project of the USDA-ARS).
